Welcome to part 2 of the launch plan. Now let’s get started.

Now that I’ve shown you the two plans and the Give-Share-Evolv concept, let’s take a closer look at the Executive Plan to give you a visual on how your business may start growing.
Evolv Executive Plan
As mentioned before, with the Evolv Executive launch plan, you Give, Share and Evolv to three people each week for a period of 12 straight weeks. Before I show you how this can expand your business let’s clarify what each symbol means. This is you. Blue is anyone you personally sponsor, green is anyone sponsored by your personally sponsored members also known as your second level, and purple is the third level in your organization. With the Evolv compensation plan remember that although part of the compensation is based on your binary genealogy, the other aspect is based on your personal enrollment genealogy meaning the people you personally enroll and who they enroll and so on. Your Check Match and Fast Start bonuses are based on the people you personally enroll and those in your personal enrollment genealogy. Therefore anyone who creates the consistent habit of sponsoring people and will do so overtime will have the potential to succeed big time with Evolv.
Let’s start at week 1. You give, share and evolv with three people based on the one-third rule. One person says, “No, thanks”, one person becomes a customer, and one person joins the business and does the same thing as you do, which is to launch with the Executive Plan.
Therefore you have four cases purchased by your new member and one product sale. In this example you would earn a $52 check that week and you would reach the Managing Executive level.
Week 2 – you do the same activity, but now it is you and your new member. You are now starting the process of leveraging time. In week 2 you again sponsor a new member after talking to three people and your new Personal Enrollee is doing the same. Now you have a business that is growing into the second level as indicated by the green person.
As I expand through this you can see how business is growing each week and the impact this has.
By week 4 you now have several people who are building their own businesses, but in a collaborative organization. It is in your best interest to help them succeed, even to help them surpass your own success. What a great concept! It is possible by the end of month 1, following a simple plan that can fit into anyone’s schedule to have a team started and make them break even after just one month.
Most importantly, you have the beginning of momentum that will move your forward over the ninety days to get to and past the regional executive position.
We have seen how a business can grow through the Executive Plan. Let’s see how it will all look via the Director Plan and everyone duplicates the same launch plan.
Evolv Director Plan
Remember with the Director Plan it is based on a Give-Share-and-Evolv concept with 9 people weekly over 12 straight weeks.
The impact in week one is greater than the executive plan simply based on your own activity. Now you are talking to nine people through the week. Let’s stick with the one-third rule. And, say, three say, “No thanks”, three become product users and three join your business. Of the three joining your business let’s assume one purchases two cases to buy product at wholesale, one follows with the executive plan and starts with four cases, and one duplicates your actions and follows the Director Plan starting with 8 cases.
We will highlight those with the Director Plan shadowed in red.
In week two you are continuing your efforts and you now have two people launching their businesses: one who is launching the Executive Plan and one highlighted in red launching the Director Plan. This is the beginning of creating new members on your second level now.
Again, you can see a quick snapshot of the impact this activity will hypothetically have on your business in the example model.
As we are moving to week 3, now you start to see the impact of compounding. The duplicating efforts of your team are starting to create a greater impact as you continue to lead by example, following your plan and sticking to it week by week.
As a week 4 in this example model you have now initiated a successful launch. You have surpassed the regional executive level and are well on your way to the goal of executive director.
As you can see in both the Director and the Executive launch plans, the possibility of a break even over the first 30 to 90 days of your business with solid effort. Most importantly, it is a plan that anyone in your team can follow and a plan that you can teach. The key to this business is “keep it simple, duplicable and fun.” That is the way we all Evolv.
The Value of Building An Evolv Business
As we wrap up, I want to show the true value of building the Evolv business – the ability to leverage time. Think of the biggest and strongest companies out there. Could Apple be Apple with only Steve Jobs?
Could Google be Google without the 20 000 plus employees? Of course, not. Corporations have mastered the power of leveraging through the efforts of others. In return, the others referred to as employees get compensated based on what their position is worth, often not necessarily what they’re worth based on productivity.
The value of building an Evolv business is that you get to be the CEO of your own business, and building organization that is leveraging time. The difference – you do not have to create the infrastructure, products and have the entire start-up cost. That is what Evolv does for you. Your role is to find those key individuals who’d like to build their own businesses and so on. The concept of being in business for yourself, but not by yourself is never more true than here at Evolv. Between your upline organization, the master distributors and all of us here are corporate, we are positioned to support anyone who joins the Evolv family in succeeding in their businesses.
Let’s run through some keys to success:
- Commit to sticking with the plan for the entire 12 weeks 90 days.
- Next, be sure to work with your sponsor upline coach and mentors. Let them know your goals and plans. Be sure to plug into the corporate training calls and your local meetings.
- Use the daily tracker to help you develop those excellent habits.
- Follow up and follow through. This is often where the ball gets dropped.
- And finally, remember when you give and share it is so important you ask them to Evolv. Without this last step the process is not complete.
As you heard, we mentioned the daily tracker. You will find this in your eCenter under the My Road Map section. Be sure to come to this each day and click on the items you did during that particular day. By creating this routine you will install good business building habits and remember – if you do that you will able to teach others to do as you have done.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this launch plan overview. Now it’s up to you to choose the plan that is best for you and get ready to evolve with Evolv. If you have not already done so, be sure to view the compensation plan overviews located in your uEvolv training center.
Good luck and we look forward to meeting you at an Evolv event soon.
